Rob Hart is a documentary photojournalist based in Chicago. His wife, Christine Hart, would say, “He loves taking pictures, talking about taking pictures, how to better improve future photos and the gear used to take pictures when around other photographers.” She is usually correct. However Rob also enjoys good beer, cats, napping with cats, riblets, hillbilly music, the Detroit Tigers and Caravaggio-esque light.
Rob is a 2000 graduate of Columbia College in Chicago and has spent a majority of his adult life documenting and eating in Oak Park, IL. He has either a passion, obsession, or possibly compulsion, to visually record the culture of his time.
